Responsibilities: Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court deadlines Handle all aspects of discovery including preparing responses, organizing production, and managing exhibits Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure all documentation is properly organized and up to date Communicate with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel regarding case status and document requests Assist attorneys with trial preparation including compiling exhibits, summaries, and trial binders Coordinate with internal team members to ensure efficient case progression and workflow Qualifications: 2 to 10 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in plaintiff first party property damage (preferred not required) Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and court filings Experience working independently in a remote or minimally supervised environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Must reside in Florida and be comfortable working in a fully remote environment Interested in hearing more?
